What is the Intern Program?
The Intern Program is for fantastic young performers who love the Lord, work wholeheartedly with His people and believe in the vision of CPAF. CPAF is looking for interns who are energetic, positive, fun-loving, and highly motivated. They should be self-starters who can work hard at a task without constant supervision, and team-players who can harmoniously interact with colleagues.
The vision of CPAF is to change the classical arts world for Christ. Therefore, interns should agree with the Doctrinal Statement of CPAF and be able to work well with Christians from a variety of denominational backgrounds. Finally, they should respect the three immovable core-values of our ministry: the classical performing arts, evangelism, and excellence.
Interns who are young performers must be at the level to give excellent public performances in their art form.
In addition to their artistry, each intern will need certain skills (and a passion to learn more!) which they will use in the CPAF office. The specific intern positions at this time are listed below.
